Project Summary:
Genesis East Tower is a 7 story hospital addition with 16 Operating Rooms and 64 Patient rooms. Mechanical consisted of 9 Air Handling Units, 223 VAV boxes and 34 Air Valves that fed the OR’s. The AHU’s all sat on one mechanical floor of the building and had over 100,000 lbs of ductwork on that floor alone.
