SAFETY TRAINING
We don’t just meet training requirements. We make safety a lived experience.
Every year, Climate Engineers hosts an all-hands safety celebration and training event. This hands-on approach helps our team fully understand and apply safety practices relevant to their daily work. It’s how we reduce risk and keep people safe.
Some jobs involve more hazards than others. That’s why we develop detailed safety activity plans tailored to the task. These plans help us work more efficiently and protect not just our employees, but also clients, contractors, and the public near our job sites.
