Project Summary:
North Scott Innovation Center is a single story building that will be utilized to teach building trades and ag in Eastern Iowa. It has an HVAC lab, welding garage, equestrian arena, food service kitchen, greenhouse and classrooms. Mechanical system consists of 7 HVAC units set outside on the ground, ducted into the building with ThermaDuct, 27 VAV boxes, 29 unit heaters, 8 vehicle exhaust hose reels and 9 food service range hoods.
